No, a wallet is created for you automatically when you sign up. You can go on to create more Individual Wallets and Group Wallets on the Wallets page after signing in.
All you need is the email address of the recipient. After the recipient signs up and accepts your request to connect, you can send funds to the wallet of the recipient directly via the email address.
Individual Wallet is a wallet controlled directly by your login email address.
Group Wallet is a wallet whereby funds are protected by requiring multiple Individual Wallets to sign approvals to meet a threshold before a transaction can go through
A threshold is the minimum number of Individual Wallets that must sign off on a transaction for it to be processed. E.g. you can have 5 co-signers for a Group Wallet and set the threshold to 3, meaning 3 of the 5 co-signers must sign off on a transaction for it to be processed
